Summer camp

Sports Performance Camp.

Led by Senior CORE Coaches, this 5-day camp focuses on strength, speed, agility, endurance, coordination, explosiveness, confidence, focus, and resilience, skills that support success in any sport.

Campers work through training modules including plyometrics, change-of-direction drills, functional strength, sprinting mechanics, footwork, agility drills, and sport technique games. Full-day campers also join afternoon all-sports activities to apply what they learn in a competitive setting.

Sports Performance Sessions.

Sports Performance Sessions are designed for athletes who want to move better, get stronger, and gain a competitive edge. Athletes train with experienced CORE Coaches through a progressive program focused on speed, agility, strength, explosiveness, coordination, endurance, and confidence.

Whether preparing for a season or building overall athleticism, our sessions help athletes develop the skills and mindset needed to perform at their highest level in any sport.

Multi-Directional Explosiveness

Increase agility and explosiveness in every direction using dynamic plyometric training.

Functional Strength Training

Sharpen running mechanics to move quicker, react faster, and maximize on-field potential.
